Burial Rites

Spawned from a habit of using regular printed books as sketchbooks, this set became influenced by the pages that they were drawn on, that being a book of Burial Rites found in a thrift store.

The Burial Rites drawings quickly evolved from being quick sketches and studies, to being fleshed out with ink, stains and pigments; many being removed and framed.
